At Virgo Boutique, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are free from makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
